Margaret Bennett
Margaret Bennett goes to the College for Creative Studies and works with a very wide variety of artistic mediums such as fashion, photography, fiber works, and purses. She specializes in fashion accessories but she says her knowledge of so many mediums helps her when she is creating any form of art, taking inspiration from things like ceramics in her fashion design. Shanae Pruitt
Shanae Pruitt is a Detroit-born and raised writer and interactive media producer with a BA in English from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and an MA in Communication Studies from Wayne State University. Her debut film, The Haunting of Michigan Central Station, was showcased at the 2022 University Film and Video Association (UFVA) Conference and received 1st place in the Broadcast Education Association’s (BEA) 2023 graduate student interactive media competition.

Alise King
Alise King is a multi-award-winning R&B soul artist who has opened for the likes of Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin, George Clinton, and Bobby Brown, among others. She is a vocalist known for her impeccable stage presence that embodies the genre of soul. She is the winner of the 2016 Best Female Soul Artist by The Detroit Honor Awards and the 2016 Best Local Artist by the Best in Black Awards. She has traveled across the United States to share her musical talents. She refers to herself as a D.I.V.A. which stands for a Divine Instrument Vocalizing (her) Ability to spread love, joy, and happiness to people across the world.
